These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, shall be governed by and construed based on the currency of the invoice issued for the project:

• USD (United States Dollars) Invoices: The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
• NGN (Nigerian Naira) Invoices: The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• Other Currencies: For any other currency invoices, the agreement defaults to the governing law and jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming, United States.

By paying an invoice, the User expressly agrees to the respective jurisdiction dictated by that invoice's currency.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Services

For customized design and marketing services provided by Evolscape.com, we operate on a milestone-approval basis. While we offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work diligently to make things right during the revision cycles outlined in your specific project brief, refunds are not automatically granted once milestones are approved and assets are delivered. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of project completion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Products

For standard, non-customized digital or physical products sold directly via the Evolscape Store, we offer a 2-day money-back guarantee.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Services or products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications
• Services or products that have been completed or delivered for more than 2 days
• Services or products that have been used or consumed in any way
• Services or products that have been damaged or modified after delivery
